Kids are the future of our sport, and Train Smart welcomes the opportunity to reach out to the next generation of triathletes! Most kids today grow up playing sports ranging from football and soccer to running and swimming but stop participating after finishing high school or college. Many stop sports activities completely. To help develop the idea of a “Lifetime of Sport”, Train Smart actively reaches out to expose today’s youth to the multisport lifestyle via the Kids 4 Kids Tri and the Youth Development Program. By teaching the kids about the benefits and the fun in taking part in multisport activities, we hope to inspire them to a lifetime of fitness and fun. Whether a child chooses to pursue triathlon as a competitive sport or just for fun, the accomplishment of completing a triathlon will stay with them for their entire life! |
