Nancy offers individual adult swimming lessons at the Mary T. Meagher aquatic center. Lessons are taught in half hour sessions and are tailored to each swimmer's individual needs and goals. Nancy emphasizes smooth, efficient swimming through extensive stroke work and targeted drills.
Nancy teaches Monday through Friday between 7a.m. and 2p.m. Each half hour lesson costs $35 which includes admission to the pool complex.

time: 10 am- 12 noon
cost: $10 ($80 value)
what: This two hour clinic is geared towards triathletes. It will help you understand the mechancis of your swim stroke and introduce you to triathlon-specific training in the water. Although this is an introductory clinic, this session is designed for those who can already swim.
