Congratulations to our graduates: Michelle Wilder, Shannon Thomas, John Pillitteri, Bernie Keene, Greg Elliot, and Zach Brown! You are all ready for more triathlons this summer! Saturday, May 16 |
Taylorsville Long Distance Triathlon, or "Lightening Never Strikes Twice"
Just before the start of the race, lightening touched down in the parking lot sending athletes to the deck. But the skies cleared up and the race went on! Congratulations to Gretchen Cassidy, Adam Jackson, Jackie Lowe, Tom Partipilo, Kennedy Simpson, Tom Traylor, and Adam Willis. A special congratulations ot Gretchen for finishing 2nd overall female, to Tom Partipilo for finishing after the lightening bolt threw him to the ground and broke two toes, to Tom Traylor and Adam Willis for completing their first long distance/half iron distance triathlon!
And a very special congratulations to Adam Jackson and Jackie Lowe for age group wins...and getting engaged! |

Orlando 70.3, a very HOT day at Disney
Congratulations to Stuart Fleishaker and Doug Hall for finishing their first 70.3 races. Based on their times, both are looking very good for Ironman Louisville 2009. And congratulations to Jim Lynd and Rob Putz for finishing strong and starting their second year of racing in style. |
